So there is this song I heard and it says "man oh man take a look at my life"?

It is not "old man" by neil young. I heard it in a movie theater on
one of those "that was... blah blah blah by blah blah" things before a
movie. I was seeing transformers and we were there like 3 hours early
for the midnight showing.. the song was playing but i didnt catch the
name. it says "man oh man take a look at my life" and also says "oh
man something from..." but thats all i got. i liked the song but cant
find the name. someone help.
