Is 15 too late to start singing?

So, I am turning 15 very soon and I have asked my father for singing
lessons. He said we should start looking but I'm nervous. I don't
have a great singing voice. It's not downright horrifying but it's
definitely not the best. I have a dream to be an entertainer,
possibly a singer. I love music and have always had a dream to become
one. However, I was always held back by the fact that I have no
singing talent. For some reason, these past couple of days, something
has compelled me to take the lessons. I just have this urge and I
don't know why. Anyways, is it too late at 15? I haven't heard of
many singers who started vocal lessons especially at 15. Do I have
any hope? I'm really afraid to fail. Fear gets in my way.
