What is this trick art program?

I was on Youtube, and i was listening to all these songs that sound
like there in gibberish or something with a beat and some type of
computer robot graphic singer. I like the songs, and there's bunch of
these, but with different characters and different pitches and stuff.
I'm so confused, is there a website with all the original songs? What
are these songs exactly? Who are these characters?
